Taking care of our environment also means being rational when buying clothing products, home accessories and souvenirs in general. For this reason it is very important to treat our goods with affection and gratitude, so that we can enjoy them for a long time.
We share with you some recommendations that can make our products maintain their beauty over time.
How to take care of the products?
In order for the products to remain in good condition and have the greatest possible durability, we suggest you take into account the following recommendations:
a) Printed garments (direct-to-garment printing)
We use the latest Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology to give you a wide variety of garments to print on, as well as colours to design with. We use high-quality inks that do not fade if cared for correctly.
The garment care instructions do not take into account the DTG printing process. Therefore, we recommend that you follow the care instructions on this page to know how you should take care of your clothes correctly.
Printed garments can be machine washed cold, inside out and on a gentle cycle with non-aggressive detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You should not use fabric softener or dry clean the garments.
Garments with DTG printing can be dried in the dryer on a low temperature cycle, but it is recommended to air dry them. To iron them, use an iron at a low temperature and turn the garment inside out. Do not iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to prevent the print from fading and cracking. If you wash or dry the garment at a high temperature, it may shrink.
b) Printed garments (direct printing on film)
We use the latest direct-to-film printing technology to deliver high-quality prints that are intensely coloured over time, so that colour fastness exceeds that of the garment itself.
Please note that the garment care instructions do not take into account the direct-to-film printing process. Therefore, we recommend that you follow the care instructions on this page to know how to properly care for your printed garments with this technique.
Garments with direct film printing can be machine washed cold, inside out and on a delicate schedule, using the amount of detergent recommended for your washing machine. You should not use fabric softener. They can be machine dried using a low-temperature program, although air drying is preferable to make the print last longer. As far as ironing is concerned, do it with the garment inside out, with the iron cold and without printing it.
Follow these instructions carefully to prevent prints from fading or cracking, as well as to prevent the garment from shrinking if you wash or dry it at high temperatures.
c) Embroidered garments
Embroidered garments can be machine washed cold, inside out and on a gentle cycle with non-aggressive detergent and similar colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine bleach is recommended.
If you notice any color residue in the water, rinse the garment in warm water, then cold it several times, but try not to rub the stained embroidery. Embroidered garments can also be dry cleaned.
After washing them, do not leave them submerged or wet with a pile of clothes. Do not wring out embroidered garments and, if you want to dry them in a dryer, use a cold air program.
If the garment needs to be ironed, do it inside out and, preferably, between two cloths. Do not wet the embroidery before ironing it or use a steam iron.
d) Embroidered caps and backpacks
Embroidered caps and backpacks can be cleaned with a damp cloth in the areas that are necessary. Caps can be hand washed cold, if necessary. Do not use brushes.
None of these products can be machine washed, bleached, tumble dried, ironed or dry cleaned. For other instructions, read the product label carefully.
e) Embroidered aprons
The embroidered aprons can be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC (86ºF). Do not use bleach. They can be tumble dried on a low temperature cycle. For other instructions, read the product label carefully.
f) Garments, hats, fabrics and swimwear with all-over print
All fabrics and garments with all-over printing can be machine washed cold, as long as it is with similar colors and without bleach. Do not dry clean or tumble dry the garment. You can iron it if it is at a not very high temperature.
g) Bags and backpacks
Backpacks, fanny packs and sports bags with all-over printing must be hand washed without bleach. Do not dry wash bags and backpacks or dry them in the dryer. As long as it’s at a not very high temperature, you can iron these bags and backpacks.
Cloth bags and rope backpacks can be machine washed without bleach and on a cold cycle. They cannot be dry cleaned or tumble dried. You can also iron these bags and backpacks at a not very high temperature.
h) Cushion covers
The cushion covers can be machine washed without bleach and on a cold cycle. Do not dry wash cushion covers or dry them in the dryer. You can iron them at a not very high temperature.
i) Socks, blankets, towels and laptop sleeves by sublimation
Sublimation socks, blankets, towels, and laptop sleeves can be machine washed with similar colors at temperatures not exceeding 30ºC (86ºF). Do not use bleach or dry clean them. It is recommended to air dry them, but, if necessary, they can also be tumble dried on a low-temperature programme.
j) Sublimated flip-flops
The sublimated flip flops can be washed by hand in warm water and with a mild neutral detergent.
k) Cups
Our glossy white mugs and mugs with inner colour are microwave and dishwasher safe, but their print and coating will last longer if you wash them by hand.
However, enamelled mugs and glossy black mugs should only be washed by hand. You also can’t heat liquids or food in them, as doing so can damage their coating.
l) Posters and canvases
To ensure that your posters and canvases are well preserved, do not store them in direct sunlight or outdoors. You can dust them off with a soft dry cloth or duster.
m) Mobile phone cases
To clean a phone case, first, remove the phone case. Mix water with a little mild detergent and dampen a cloth or sponge with that solution. With the damp cloth, rub the cover gently and in circles. Allow the cover to air dry at room temperature.
Do not clean the phone case with alcohol-based products, as they can remove ink and discolor the design.
n) Stainless steel water bottle
Hand wash only (dishwasher is not recommended, as it may reduce the effectiveness of its vacuum sealing).
We hope that these recommendations allow the products purchased in our store to accompany you for a long time and be a catalyst of energy, make you smile a lot, embrace your dreams and desires, especially when you need a smile and a hug the most.
