Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is the product original?
a. Yes, the designs are ours, they are original, in some cases incorporating famous phrases and Montenegrin patriotic symbols.
Is the product unique?
a. In some way the products, having their own designs, we could say that they are unique, however if we talk about the amount of items produced we cannot say that they are unique, however, the amount is less than other products that are sold massively on large online platforms.
3. How do you manufacture the products?
a. They are manufactured with high quality standards and in compliance with environmental regulations.
4. Do the prices already include taxes?
a. Our prices do not include taxes since our store offers the products to most countries in the world, it is impossible to establish a price that includes sales taxes, for this reason the taxes are separated from the price and are determined according to the percentage that the country, state, county or city of destination assigns to the sales (except states where no sales taxes are applied).
5. Who pays the customs duties (if applicable)?
a. The customer is responsible for this payment once the product arrives in his country.
6. What type of inks do you use?
a. For direct-to-garment print products, we use Kornit’s NeoPigment and water-based inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe for use on children’s apparel and reduce environmental waste. These inks offer a high AATCC (4) rating for color fastness to washing.
b. We use Mimaki Dye Sublimation Ink Sb411 and Sawgrass SubliJet HD inks for sublimation products. Both inks are Oeko-Tex™ certified. Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink is also used on mugs.
c. For sublimation products, we also use MYSUBLI-E Sublimation Transfer ink.

7. Are packaging materials sustainable?
a. We are committed to caring for the environment and we are aware that sustainable packaging is important to our customers, therefore we strive to find the most sustainable solutions we can.
b. We are currently using packaging made from post-consumer recycled plastics (PCR) for all apparel orders shipped from our own facilities.
c. The percentage of recycled plastic per bag is approximately 70% for outer packaging (white or gray) and at least 50% for inner bags (clear) used in multi-item shipments.
d. PCR packaging protects products just as well as virgin plastic bags and are almost the same. However, choosing PCR plastic instead of virgin plastic we believe is more appropriate to minimize the environmental impact that plastic has on our planet.
How do you guarantee the composition of organic or recycled materials in eco-friendly products?
a. Garments defined as Eco are made from at least 70% organic or recycled materials or blends of such materials.
b. To verify the composition of the material, we request valid certificates from our suppliers:
As proof of the organic composition of the clothing, we only accept GOTS or OCS certificates.
c. For products with recycled materials, we also accept GRS or RCS certificates.
d. Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the world’s leading textile processing standard for organic fibers. It takes into account both social and ecological criteria and is based on independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. This standard also limits which fibers can be blended with organic fibers.
e. Organic Content Standard (OCS) is a non-food product certification that confirms the presence of organic material in the final product. It also takes into account the supply chain from source to final product.
f. Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and Recycled Claim Standard (RCS or “Recycling Claim Standard”) and the GRS (or “Global Recycling Standard”) are international, voluntary standards that establish requirements for third-party certification of recycled content and the supply chain. The goal shared by these two standards is to increase the use of recycled materials. The GRS includes social and environmental criteria, as well as additional chemical constraints when evaluating management processes.
